What advocates do
Advocates coordinate and connect. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your care team. Coverage and cost depend on your plan and eligibility, and we confirm your exact cost in writing before anything starts.
Becoming a patient
Care begins only after enrollment, consent, and a coverage check, with terms we put in front of you in plain language at that time.
